I ordered chicken curry on sunday night 12:00 am and i got unwanted things which is 2 pieces of chicken head, When i request for refund then Zomato says it's chicken leg piece so we can't Am i fool to click pic of leg piece n say see this is chicken head , On that day i slept empty stomach and lost my 250 rs also. But Zomato says restaurant is responsible for that , That means they can send human body and zomato says restaurant is responsible for this, I didn't order from restaurant I ordered from

I have order few items from burger king on but the food was cold at the time of delivery... It was around half an hour late...when i approached Zomato they denied...earlier they were saying they will look into it and after that they denied..i have paid 690 and the apology for 50 INR..need your assistance as they are neither calling me not replying on twitter as well.
Promo code was successfully applied during ordering food online. But voucher value was not reduced in the bill. on chatting with customer care, i was told it will be credited in 24-28 hours. but it is not credited even after 10 days. Follow up is not addressed.. Zomato stopped responding in tweets either..
I ordered food on zomato platform. The food delivered too delayed and that food was in a position that we can't eat food. And the customer care also behaving rude , not solving problem and ending chat. No customer care number. My experience with Zomato is worst.

On 2nd September 2021, I had ordered from Zomato, order number is 2829537898. I had shared clear instructions as 'no mushrooms' for Veg Handi, because we are highly allergic to mushrooms. Still mushrooms were put in Veg Handi. I put a complaint to Zomato Customer Care by sharing a photo of mushrooms. The Executive apologised and cooperated to refund amount of Veg Handi, but still Zomato has not refunded. I have put many complaints to Zomato but they are very unresponsive. I am a Zomato Pro customer, but Zomato doesn't treat me I a fair way. I hope to get resolution at the earliest here.
