Company's professionals are not working properly at my site and highly inefficient in their job and when asked to rectify they simply refuse it and shift the dates of the project without consent . There is no customer grievance number that one can reach to . Only option available is to raise a ticket and expect them to call back which they don't . Also the professionals coming to site didn't have their I'd cards from the first day itself. It was issued to them two days after the work started and when I asked for their ids and complained about their job .
