I want to raise complaint against upstox company because for registration they charged 299/- but rejected my profile with reason live photo not matched with adhar. However I said please refunded my 299/- INR they are denied to me no one bothered to fix the problem. The company doing fraud with middle class peoples charged amount & rejected profile.
Sir, I am complaining for poor customer services/false commitments provided by upstox customer care team. Actually my account had been blocked by compliance team on 4th September 2021 due to KYC issue, since then I am unable to buy/sell any order from my account. Then Upstox customer care team told me to courier KYC documents. I couriered the required documents on 6th September, my courier received to upstox office on 11th September. I asked to upstox customer care for updating the status of KYC many times but they are not providing any help. Every time when I called they are raising new tickets only and automatically closing the tickets with remark that complaint has been resolved. Upstox customer care team putting phone calls on hold for 5 to 10 minutes and even after putting the phone call on hold, they are not giving the proper information. Even one customer care executive disconnected the phone call without giving the information. Customer care team are only making false commitments, sometimes they say that complaint will be resolved within 24 to 72 hrs, sometimes they are saying it will take time of 7 working days but still my issue is unresolved. Every time when I called to upstox customer care team, they are ensuring that our backend team will call you by evening but no call received.
After all these things, on 20th September I received a mail from upstox that your KYC documents has been rejected due to SIGNATURE &ADDRESS MISMATCH. Then I asked to customer care team, they told that send another KYC documents and your issue will be resolved within 24 to 72hrs after receiving the KYC documents. I couriered again the KYC documents on 21st September and it was delivered to upstox office on 25th September. Then on 27th September, I called to customer care about my couriered documents they have no idea whether it has been received or not. Then they asked me to mail the tracking I'd. I mailed tracking I'd then on evening, I received one mail saying that it will take 7 to 8 days to check one page KYC document then they will tell that documents are correct or not.
Already one month is going to complete and still my issue is unresolved. I am totally helpless and frustrated by poor customer service of Upstox. Please resolve the issue.
