I have tried to book flight from New Delhi to Hyderabad, but ticket was not confirmed and amount got deducted from my account. I have been waiting for refund from 2 months and calling customer care every week. Every time they are saying it will be done in 5-7 working days, but I haven't received refund. Could you please check this on higher priority, this is not acceptable. Please let me know if you need anything from my end.

I tried to book ticket from travolook but Ticket did not get booked and money also got deducted. They gave REF Number : REF494711926 and said money will be refunded in 5 to 7 working days but its been over a month , money has not been refunded. Evrytime I call their customer care or mail them they say money will be refunded in 5 to 7 working days.

I had booked tickets on 12 Jun 2022 vide ref no REF386264787 . My tickets couldnot be booked and I got the mail "This is to inform you that your reservation was cancelled due to an operational reason . Please be informed that the refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within 10-15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday).. Your patience in this regard will be highly appreciated" Since 12th I am following up with the customer care of Travolook for the refund, I have not received the refund. Everytime I had been told to wait for 5-7 days the refund will be issued but no refund received.

Dear Travelling Customers & Operators, Beware of this fraudulent website Travolook.com for booking cheap flight tickets, I have a horrendous experience with them that justifies my claim for the same. I have booked a ticket with them on 7th June 2022 from Goa to Chandigarh for travel date 5th of July (REF 574610938) for Rs.6899 , First the booking gets confirmed and within 5 minutes its cancelled, since the booking is done at night I don’t bother my bank to stop the payment and wish to speak to Travolook customer service the next day. Next day I do the same and lodge a complaint no 32056721 and I’m assured my money will be credited to me within 7 days. Unfortunately that does not happen and I get in touch with their customer service agent Natasha who promises my money back by Tuesday 21st June. Having been patient for so long I wait for the Tues/ Wed/Thursday but nothing happens. Post that I call again on the 25th June and speak to an agent named Kimi who again assures me that my money will take another 4 days to be credited, I wish to speak to their management and she gets numb and cold feet and tells me she will lose her job if she will disclose any numbers to me. Alas till today I do not have my money and Travolook enjoys interest on the money they retain, Imagine they do this to thousands of customers. Another abject aspect is that each call to their customer service means at least a wait of 40 minutes as you are in queue, and at least 3 times waiting patiently for 40 minutes and being number 1 in line the call got dropped!! Please use this experience of mine to stay away from this Fraud website, PLEASE !!!

I booked a flight from Nagpur to Ahmedabad and it almost immediately got cancelled after confirmation from their end. It’s been over a month now and i am yet to receive the refund. I have called their customer care portal several times and every time i am being given a new date by which they say i’ll receive the refund. Please help!

I booked a flight ticket on may 3rd 2022 from travolook.in and then I get a mail saying that the booking is cancelled when I called them for refund the said it will take 5 to 7 days. I waited for 15 days and now when I call them they are saying it will take more 10 to 15 days to get my refund. Please help me out.

Hi, I had book my ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore on 28th Feb, 2022. The Amount was deducted from my Credit Card but I received a mail saying that booking is cancelled (REF377653436) and refund will be processed in another 10-15working days. Post the wait of 15workings days, I called the customer care for refund, they said there are problems in processing merchant payments and the refund will be processed in another 3-5 working days. It has been more than a month since the cancellation. I've still not received my refund. Today I visited social media website to identify whether this Company is genuine or fraud. Noticed that there are ample of people who got trapped like me and are awaiting refund from the Company since a very a long time.

Not booked tickets but money deducted from my account

I HAD BOOKED A FLIGHT TICKET FOR MY FRIEND FROM TIRUPATI TO HYDREBAD FOR THE DATE:7TH JAN 2022 FOR 2 PERSON AND PAID RS. 6776/- ONLINE TO TRAVOLOOK ON 26TH DECEMBER 2021. ONCE FROM MY ACCOUNT RS.6776/- HAD BEEN DEBITED I RECEIVED EMAIL THAT YOUR FLIGHT TICKET WILL BEEN ISSUED AFTER 30 MINUTES. AFTER 30 MINUTES ANOTHER EMAIL RECEIVED THAT YOUR FLIGHT HAD NOT BEEN BOOKED DUE TO FARE EXPIRATION. THEN SUDDENLY CALL CAME FROM TRAVOLOOK CUSTOMER CARE SAYING THAT YOUR FLIGHT HAD NOT BEEN BOOKED SO YOU WILL GET REFUND WITH IN 24 TO 48 HRS. AFTER 5 DAYS I HAD NOT GET BACK MY REFUND CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAY THAT IT WILL BE REFUNDED IN 5 TO 7 DAYS. I HAD SEND LOT OF EMAIL & CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAYS ONLY ONE THINK THAT YOUR REFUND IS UNDER PROCESS YOU WILL GET IN 5 TO 7 DAYS. I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT THIS IS BIG SCAM GOING IN NAME OF FARE EXPIRATION BY TRAVOLLOK. LOT OF PEOPLE HAD NOT GET REFUND BY THIS FRAUD CO. I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST THAT PLZ DO NEED FULL SO THAT WE CAN GET OUR REFUND FROM THIS FRAUD CO. WHO IS CHEATING LOT OF PEOPLE ONLINE.

I had booked ticket on travolook on 22nd November. The refund has not been initiated from the company's end. Tried reaching them on email support a standard reply to wait for 7-10 days on some of the email update is given and then silence for weeks. Customer care number also provide with the standard reply to wait for 7-10 days.
