Tata Cliq— Not returning the product

I had ordered a Rode mic stick and a puff from Tata click on 13 April with order No - 220410019212431 ABW No - 89460588910 which was delivered on 13 April and due to some confusion i was not aware that the mic is not including in this product so at the same day i called Tata Cliq and i raised a complaint and messaged them all the pictures and all on their WhatsApp helpline number too but the product has not been returned and even they have not even called me once, so i therefore request u to kindly look into the matter and oblige.

Tata Cliq— Google Nest Mini

My name is Arvind Kumar Yadav and i live in lucknow. I had purchased a Google Nest Mini from the website on 3rd April and on 7th april i recieved the product. When i opened the package the product was missing from box. After the incident i made a complaint regarding this and they started the investigation. Till date i have made 4-5 complaints and in all i got the information that from their side it is okay. I haven't received any product and the product was sold by a seller named " Tata Unistore Limited " and Expressbees courier awb no# 141368221444796. So i want to file the FIR against the TATA UNISTORE LIMITED as well as against Expressbees. Kindly do needful.

Tata Cliq— Refund not received even after 22 days

I haven’t received my refund yet . I had cancelled an order on 20th October 2021. Tata cliq is just harassing me by not giving a proper resolution. Everyday they keep on saying that it will be resolved but till now they haven’t. When I asked for a mail confirmation on the refund initiated with the ARN they aren’t ready to provide me in mail. Please help..!!!

First order on Tata Cliq. 5th spet 21 wrong product delivered by cliq in open packaging. return requested within hours of receiving. return request closed and removed from app by cliq without information.7th sept 21 return recreated. no pickup or response to emails for days. On giving notice that we'll approach authorities, cliq creates return again.9th sept asks for more images and confirms on mail that return/refund approved.16th sept After return pickup No response to followups on email or phone.17th sept Cliq lies that my phone not reachable. on escalation they confirm receiving the product but deny refund. After two days of followups and warnings they reply saying they wont refund as they will call it QC failed. On being called out on their fake process they act highhandedly and deny refund.29th sept. Cliq is denying to provide refund and trying to send back their substandard and possible fake product to force a sale upon us. Kindly help us get refund with damages.30th sept.

Had ordered Steve Madden Shoes from Tata Cliq Luxury on 7 Sep'2021. Order I'd is 11480 & transaction I'd is 124051019318428. Product wasn't delivered due to out of stock or quality issues (if these reasons were cited, product shouldn't have been available on app for purchase). Order was cancelled from customer (my) end on 15 Sep' 2021. Till today (8th day from cancellation) 23 Sep'2021 refund is not received by customer (me). On App, refund is reflecting as 'successful' with date 21 Sep'2021 at 9:05 AM. To my surprise, I have ordered same shoes directly from seller & it's been already delivered. Numerous tweets sent but this company (Tata Cliq) taking customers for a ride. Customer handling experience is Absolutely PATHETIC! They don't value time & mostly reply' please keep patience). Request for help!

They close my case & didn't return back their wrong product which should be delivered to me on 29/01/2021. I request them kindly provide me Video of Product Packaging upto till Delivery. They told me through telephonic conversation and mention in NCH Complain Docket No.?2942358?that invoice of product should not match with Seller invoice and another thing is that Seller didn't Tape with Blue Tape. But I have to clear you that Transaction Id of Payment should be mention in my invoice and also seller confirm me through call that they fetch detail through Transaction I'd not with Order Id. And after conversation through Seller they Tap the product box with Blue Tape. ???????????Yes, you right how it should be matched because invoice is correct? according to what I have Ordered but inside the product is different. Another thing about Blue Taping, blue tape is taped by whom you and your team knows. Provide me video of delivery, their I shows you that when I receive the product Blue Tape is Taped with the Box and after that when I opened the box I should be shocked because the product should be different. ????????I have recorded your call and also all calls are recorded by me as an evediance to show higher authority/Consumer Forum/PMO/NHRC. ????????So don't make fool to customer.
