With due respect I want to state that a suspectious activity take place on my account.A amount of of ₹ 3685 has been debited from my account from account and after few minutes only ₹700 credited to my account .I am not a regular user of swiggy so I am not using swiggy now and haven't ordered anything from last 4 months but after calling their customer care I came to know that some cake is ordered from my account and cancelled after 1 min that's why they charge me ₹2985 rupee as cancellation charges. I am a poor man I am not able to afford such big loss .So you are request to kindly help me in getting refund my money as soon as possible. I ordered through swiggy Instamart, all the stuff was spoilt and damaged. I uploaded pictures however they refused to replace or return. They have stopped COD and force customers to pay online and then cheat them by giving damaged and spoilt delivery.
Today i ordered 4 beer cans from sura liquors, the delivery agent didn't showed me the cans and took otp for delivery, when i received it seems bit dirty, i opened one can it tastes bad then i checked the expiry, surprised to see all the cans are expired. Informed swiggy the same they told once delivered we can't do anything. But every time I order from swiggy the delivery person ask for otp first then show the product. No one in swiggy is listening. Please HELP
1500 rupees worth order is being canceled on 26th December and @swiggy_in @SwiggyCares has processed the refund to tgeir own swiggy wallet and not my source account. They have harrased me to accept the refund in their wallet by lying it could be used in the next order but it actually can be used to pay delivery fess and not the value of the entire order. It has been 29 days since this incident. A person named ANURAG from swiggy escalation calls to inform swiggy only doesNEFT based transfers for refunds on 15th & 30th of every month. They ruthlessly use their policies to connive users to accept their corporate brutality. Theu should be punished for Harrasment, fraud, money laundering, scam and unethical behavior towards a customer.
I ordered my food at 02:17 and they delivered it at 03:34, . As per Swiggy they were delivering it with in 30 minutes. My wife fired me like anything as obviously she was very hungry . Kindly look and they should be penalized for torturing customers

I ordered veg mini thali which include 2 tandoor roti with rajma rice and aloo sabji, but restaurant didn't provided me with rotis. When I called the restaurant they replied me very rudely by saying that "either delivery guy or you must have kept it" This is highly disrespectful and intolerable
I have order at 12:25 pm at swiggy portal today it is 2:55 pm now and i have not received the order.
5-10-15 mins of delay is expected but not 2 n half hours.
9 calls with false commitments but not yet recieved the order.
Such a pathetic service.
