I have purchased the Gas geyser last year through Online mode having 2 years of warranty. Now the same is not working and i have registered a complaint against this on friday morning at 9:30 a.m (approx). At the time of purchasing product and raising the complaint, it's being told by the company that the technical person shall visit ithin 24-48 hours.
It's been four days that i am not getting any proper response from the service centre, either they do not pickup the call or if , they pickup, they say that we will be there in an hour or by evening.
Sir, me and my family facing a lot of problem and the company is not looking into this matter, they also say that the technical person shall visit today, be assure like thing.
At the end, i am hopening to find a solution with you. It's my humble request sir, please look into this matter and save consumer from these liers service centre.
