SmartTV TCL— TV replacement

My complaint number IN052022050951 was given on 27 May 2022 . But still to day on 12.08.2022.not rectify my problem after that we complain against the TCL to the national consumer court before i am calling your toll free number almost 100 times and also i send my problem to your mail address. don't play with consumer and patience

SmartTV TCL— TCL 55" Smart TV

I have TCL 55 inch Smart TV since October 20-2020.In 15th September 2021 I found Right side of TV screen display is blinking.I register my complain in TCL with telephonic customer care and Complaint I'd is : IN092021054863-01.Next day From Aashirward Service Center Located in Navsari service engineer visit at my home . They approved that panel problem is genuine and they will replace it with new panel in next 10-12 days max to max.and they took video and photographs of the TV After 17 days of waiting period nobody get contact me or inform replacement status or any communication from their I called them .they assured me that is in process and will replace in next week from 2-3rd OCT-2021. I called sevral times Mr.Jeet Parmar of M/s Aashirward Service Center in Navsari with who looking this matter. & Mr.Vivek Jahngir who is South Gujarat TCL service Head tell me to replace it with New TV in next most possible earliest way. I have servral phone calls and all other phone call details . I have filed Complaint in National consumer forum and docket is :3026031 on last 12-13 Oct 2021.But they also provide me the assurance.No leagal action against the TCL. I am cometely helpless and TCL or service Center nor answering me for any update in my case. I request to take immediate action on this fraud firm.
