Saraf Furniture — Worst service/No response

With much patience and pain, I filing a complaint against Saraf Furniture. I have placed an order of 3 products on 17th Jun 2021. Over 3months now, I have not received an honest response from their side inspite of lame excuses. I have been chasing them constantly for delivery but they kept saying it?s in final stage and sorry of inconvenience. Neither they provide concern to customers for late delivery nor do reply on mails properly. They keep on saying wait for 48hours everytime which makes to be on hold and wait for the delivery. But this is high time, I don?t think I should sit back quiet for such scamming behaviour. After constantly over 2months, I requested them to cancel the order and refund the amount. In the mean time, they told me product will be delivered soon. Out of 3products, one non-furniture product has been delivered. Furniture products still not delivered. They are not taking customers seriously. Whenever I call them and ask to transfer the call to Manager they never do so instead give me an other date of delivery. Everytime, Representatives of their company will always ask to wait for mails and calls from their end in next 48hours, but no response received. Only information received in piecemeal with no concern. They neither cancel the order nor deliver it. I again requested them to cancel and refund but no response from their end. With due respect, I urge to look into matter and help me to get back my money. Do the needful. Please.
