Sandisk— Sandisk wireless charger

I brought sandisk charger it was working fine then after a week it got melted and i mailed sandisk they approved for replacement when i submitted my product on 16th February they said I'll receive replaced product with 7-10 days but today it's 9th of March and they are stalling things and not providing the product and don't have a proper answer. They're just saying product isn't in stock when it'll be available they'll call me but they don't have answer when it'll be available.
