Hi Team, My product has to be delivered by 12 April 2022, but it is not delivered and when I am connecting with customer care team, they are not providing the estimated delivery date and as well no proper communication from them . Even tried reaching them via Twitter, but no response. When ever i ask for call back , the no call is arranged from the team. And they wrongly updated that they have communicated with me. But in actual no one connected with customer and have not provided my product. I feel like cheated from Samsung and daily connecting with there team for follow and spending my time and effort to get this product delivered. It near to harassments from such big organization.
