Ajio.com (Reliance retail Ltd) not refunding my money since last 2 months and they are keep on bullying customer. Never ever they have a concrete solution nor follow-up call. Simply sitting there with usual answer of eta 48 hours, 24 hours 7 days, 9 days etc.
To verify whether their initiated refund reached to my credit card or not, they go beyond data secure policy and asked me to share Credit card statement even after my denial to do so. They forced me to share it anyhow.
Ridiculously driving me since 2 months... Deadline after deadline.. no refund yet.
