Respected sir/madam My name is Mr.Karim K. Daredia,A-1/12,Fatima bunglows-1,Near tahura park,makrand desai road,vadodara -390012,Mobile -8238177781 ,i purchased Hitachi 2 ton Ac model no.-RSQG318HEEA from Reliance digital ,old padra road,Vadodara on date-15/4/2021 which was faulty. i complained on 16/3/2022 ,Complaint no.8050240737 Engineer came from Reliance digital and reported gas leakage in the outdoor unit. After 3 days another engineer came and serviced the machine only and did not solve the problem of gas leakage. So we complained to the Hitachi company. They refused to take any Complaint and said that we have given a Service contract to Reliance digital and you have to talk with them only. Finally machine stopped working again and we Complaint on 25/4/2022 Complaint no.-8051148626 but nobody came to check even and then Messages came from Reliance digital that they cancelled my request with my confirmation.Nobody solved complaint but only messages and nonsense calls about service feedback harassing us. Nobody came and repaired or replaced my Ac till today. I request you to file my complaint against these giant Companies Hitachi company and Reliance digital as they behave like there is no law and order for them in India. I attach all proofs.

Dear Samsung/Reliance CEO, THE SERVICE ISSUE OF Samsung Refrigerator model No.RT47M623ESL/TL on 02nd May 2021, since 5th of April 2022, we are facing a cooling issue and raised a complaint with the reliance resq team. 1st one technician came after 2days around 7th and said there is some issue in the Gas unit and informed us that we need to change gas and he will visit again and complete the issue. After 2days another technician came on around 9th or 10th and said there is a problem in some other unit and he said that has to be replaced. After a discussion with the manager i hope name Mr.HARI, who had told it will be resolved in 2days we will send person and get it done but no one turned up till 5days ON 14TH OF APRIL ONE NEW TECHNICIAN FROM SAMSUNG DIRECTLY I HOPE CAME AND CHECKED IT AND TOLD THAT THE ISSUE IS MAJOR AND WE HAVE TO TAKE TO WORKSHOP AND REPAIR, HE HAS ALSO TOLD THAT 80% THERE IS NO CHANCE THAT IT WILL REPAIRED/SOLVED. AND TOOK THE REFRIGERATOR TO WORK SHOP 15TH ARPIL'22 AFTER 2DAYS THERE SERVICE MANAGER OF WORK SHOP NAME MR.HARI HAS TOLD THAT PROBLEM CANNOT BE SOLVED NOT REPAIRABLE AND WE WILL TRY FOR REPLACEMENT AFTER GETTING APPROVAL. WHEN WE CALLED HIM BACK 19TH APRIL HE HAS TOLD THAT HE WILL DECLARE ON 20TH THAT IT IS NOT REPAIRABLE AND WILL KEEP APPROVAL FOR REPLACEMENT. WHEN AGAIN WE CALLED IN 20TH HE TOLD THAT ITS VERY SMALL PROBLEM AND IT BE DONE WITH SOME REPLACEMENT OF PART. MY QUERY IS WHY THERE IS DIFFERENCE IN FINDING THE ISSUE FROM 4 DIFFERENT GREAT TECHNICIANS OF SAMSUNG & RELIANCE AS WELL THE WORKSHOP SERVICE MANAGER FROM GREAT SAMSUNG, HAD NO IDEA TILL 19TH APRIL'22 AND SUDDENLY ON 20TH APRIL HE IS TELLING IT'S COIL PROBLEM AND IT WILL BE DONE WITH A REPLACEMENT OF PART ONLY, IF IT'S SO THEN WHY THE REFRIGERATOR HAS TO BE TAKEN TO WORKSHOP IS SAMSUNG INDIA IS WORKING WITH THIS MUCH UNQUALIFIED TECHNICIANS & MANAGERS TO FIND OUT THE PROBLEM SINCE LAST 15DAYS. I DOUBT IT MIGHT BE A MAJOR ISSUE AND MAY BE MADE TO WORK TEMPORARILY TILL ONE MONTH OR TWO, BECAUSE MY WARRANTY WILL LAPSE ON 5TH OF MAY'22 THIS IS CLEARLY WORST SERVICE WE ARE FACING FROM SAMSUNG PRODUCT FOR 2ND TIME I WILL NOT AT ALL ACCEPT THE REFRIGERATOR BACK TO MY HOME WITHOUT ANY PROPER EXPLANATION ON THE ISSUE BY SAMSUNG INDIA NEW UPDATE FROM SAMSUNG SERVICE MANAGER THAT THEY HAD REPLACED 3PARTS BUT I GOT MSG FROM SAMSUNG REQUEST NO:4325132325 OF COIL REPLACEMENT ONLY. AND HE IS NOT CONVINCED THAT IT WILL WORK AFTER 3MONTHS BECAUSE HE IS TELLING CLEARLY THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY AFTER 3MONTHS IF ANY PROBLEM OCCURS AND NOT GIVEN WARRANTY MORE THAN THAT. RESPECTED SIR, I HAD SPENT MY HARD EARNED MONEY OF Rs.56490/- on this worst product which has given trouble in less than 11months a product which has to work without any trouble at least for 5years. kindly help me to get my money back or a replacement from the reliance digital or samsung india..

Reliance Digital— iPhone 13 Pro 256gb gold cashback

On 21/11/2021, ihad placed and order of iPhone 13 pro 256gb costs 129900. During that time reliance was offering that customers will get 5000 cashback on the transaction of 1lakh or more by using icici bank credit card. The time duration for cashback was 120 days, now its already gone around 140 days but cashback is credited to my credit card. I have made so many complaints regarding this, but the customer (don't) care executives are asking keep saying that we have escalated the issue in higher priorty and they asked me to wait till 72hrs, but now its more than a week, issue not resolved yet. Stringent action should be taken against Reliance Digital.

Reliance Digital— Product not delivered and Misbehaviour by Store Executive and Manager.

Firstly, they are continuously failing on their commitments to deliver my product. It was ordered under their so called 3hrs INSTA DELIVERY option. Forget about the insta delivery they are unable to deliver the product even after three days of the order placement. The store people and the customer support team is totally clueless about the order. They cannot figure out what to do with the order. I think that reliance is quite sure of that they cannot deliver the order placed that is why they are always asking for advance payment and not COD. There is also no order cancellation option in your website, else I would have cancelled this order. Secondly the store executives and manager Mr. Biswajit Sengupta (+919123850466) is so arrogant that he just disconnected the my call saying that he will only talk to me when he reaches his office. Now its going to be 11:00 AM and he has still not reached his office. God saves this store from loss making. This sort of misbehavior he is doing with the customers. He is not being able to deliver products to the customers and his arrogance is sky high. I seriously want a compensation for the harassments and embarrassment that I had to face due the worst service and misbehavior of the staffs. This was a farewell gift for one of my team member. Do reliance thinks that the farewell can be delayed because Mukesh Ambani cannot deliver his business commitments. This Biswajit Sengupta will have to apologies and will have to compensate for the harassments.

I have order iphone 12 from Reliance digital on 2nd Oct'21 and order was successful placed with offer amount of 54000 INR, now after 24 hrs they got cancelled my order without my concern, and now saying to order it again from site if you want to buy,now the price of same product is 69000 INR, total 15000 rupees price hike on same product. Once product is ordered then it should be delivered on time. They cheat on me and hurt my emotional, I have order this to surprise my wife on our anniversary on 7th Oc'21. This a big scam reliance Digital is doing and no one now ready to talk abt it. I want my order ASAP.

Reliance Digital— Cheat fraud in daylight.

On their site they promise 3hr delivery. It was girlfriend's birthday yesterday. I promised her Boat speaker as a gift on her birthday. I ordered yesterday afternoon near 12:30 and paid money online. I didn't received even a message from this company neither my item delivered upto evening 5 . I tried calling customer care they made fool of me. Kept me engaged till night saying " Sir just arriving, bs pahunch rha h, express delivery hai sir". At night 8 O clock they said we are closed for today. I was disturbed most important day of my life is wasted and the day should be the happiest day for me but they turned it into the worst day of my life. No order tracking no response even till now it's 12 afternoon today. Means 24hrs past but still I hv no clue what happened to my money and my order. I am feeling too depressed. These thugs must be punished. How they can harrase people after taking money and laughing on customer after making fool of him. I feel like I should die cz smone done very wrong to me and I can helpless then why should I live on this earth

Reliance Digital— Order no- RDF18842637

I ordered printer on 19th Sep and paid all amount thru online. I received my printer on 22nd Sep 21 along with blurred invoice slip. I requested customer care to send me e-copy of invoice which would be readable but instead of emailing me invoice they are giving me excuse that shipment status is not updated to Delivered and hence they cannot send me invoice. My question is if I have paide full price, received my product then i should get invoice immediately. I am waiting for invoice from last 5 days.
