I have order kaju from JioMart On 15th feb-2022, I have receive wrong order on 17th-02-2022. Delevery guys handover the order, I have requested to wait, till check the product. He run. I found wrong item and also wring quantity. As I have order 2kg kaju and I have receive 1kg black sheed in one box. Same days I have fill complain and till date mother product picked nor refund came to my account. I that duration I have call many time to customer support and their supervisor every one ask for 48hrs and again after 48hrs I have called. But till date no resolution. Today I have called 4-5 times to customer care and roodh with them and they cut my call every time because I was roodh. And one of the JioMart representatives told there are no such complaints they have in their system.
