I Raised an issue for my TV on July 27th and the Jeeves technician visited my home then left by saying tht panel issue and it has to be replace.Later they closed my ticket without resolving.Again Aug 17th I raised , another Jeeves technician visited and told me the same thing.So I followed up with Realme,they always says wait for sometime.Till now I called more than 40 times but no use and had 25 mail conversation also.All of the sudden,some days ago I got a call from 24 7 around and they also visited my home and took the picture of my TV then left. I called 24 7 around but they don't have any information because they are 3rd party.Sep 24th I raised consumer complaint,the next day I got a call from the senior and he promised me within 3 days my issue will be resolved but 18 days over.No updates from anyone, feeling bad whenever my mom asks about TV ????. I have all the proofs and please help me.
I raised my complaint on 08.09.2021 for display fault in my TV. After complaint one technician visited and inform that, display of TV got error and needs replacement and after 02 days another technician called me and informed me that the earlier technician left the company and he also visited and informed me the same and said that he will raise a complaint in the company. However, after lapse of more than 30 days no response from the company side has been received to me. Further during customer portal of the "Real Me" I raise my complaint and also raised my concern and at all the time it is informed to me that my problem will get resolved shortly and seniors will contact me within 24 hours. However, no one contacted me and neither my complaint get resolved. I had last chat with agent Vanshika, agent number OQA0IY on 26.09.2021 and agent Lakshita, agent number 000648 on 28.09.2021 and both of them informed that complaint will get resolved shortly but none of them on being requested by me, connect me with their senior. Later-on I had chat with agent "Narendra, agent number HH148H" who told me that he is from the senior desk and don't even respond properly. The "real-me" company is providing a totally pathetic service and after sales the attitude of the company is totally disastrous. Further, I also demanded for the refund which is bluntely denied by the company's executives and Senior Shri Narendra and refused to lodge even my complain properly. I also raised my voice through the National consumer Helpline with a Grievance Number: 2992939 and after lodging the grievance only one person called me on behalf of the grievance raised by me through National consumer Helpline and informed me that complaint will get resolved shortly. However after lapse of more than 12 days no response has been there from the Company's side. I humbly requests to kindly issue direction for the refund of the defective Product to company alongwith the interest and compensation, as the long procedure and regular pursue of the matter from the side of Customer/myself only, is completely torture to me and causes high BP for such insensitivity from the side of Company. As i have complaint for my TV on 19-July-2021 case id 202109042443 with Mobile Number 8177977023 but till now i didnt receive any resolution from company i have mailed them also but they just said please wait we will call u back i have attached mail snaps also when i called there service centre they just said please wait we will contact you shortly but till now no one contacted me from Company this is going on from last 2 months and still they are doing same things as earlier i have faced lot of diffuculty to just register A case against them.
I have ordered the realme buds Q2 neo from flipkart on 9 sept and i got the product delivered on 12th sept with return policy.
Now i am facing many issues with this product and want to return it.
Firstly flipkart says, contact to the brand for this, then brand says there is no policy of return from our side you should contact to the seller,
Now the flipkart says it can only be replaced as the product is not returnable.
