I tried to book a term life insurance from policy bazaar but in between call the telecaller of policy bazaar abuse me and talk rude which their supervisor accepted on recorded call. When I complain about that person the supervisor insisted me not to cancel the policy but a mailed them then and there for the cancelation. After 1 hr I received call from that telecaller personal no. that because of you I lost my job and threatened me that I have written all your details will take a revenge.
I spontaneously inform this incident to policy bazaar through mail and ask them how my data is secure with you people when I received a threatened call from your employee mobile no.
After that I received many missed calls from different number in consecutive 3 days. I thought of lodging a FIR regarding this but I wait so that I can get a response from the company. But company said this is the rarest case and only apologies. But what if that person who lose his job put any kind of damage to me.
After this policy bazaar is delaying my cancelation intentionally as I have written this incident on Twitter and till date even after my written request for cancelation was given on 07 sep.
