Customer satisfaction rating— Boom Mid Back Ergonomic Chair - Back Panel Broken / Bent In less than a year

I bought a high end ergonomic chair from last June. The price was high as compared to local market but I had heard of their quality and went for it. In less than a year, and this is in March, the back panel of the chair was found broken and bent. I have attached picture. On raising a complaint with their customer care, they sent some local carpenter who just came and clicked some pictures and said nothing. Then their call center informed me that nothing can be done. I said the product is still in warranty period and if some damage has been done then you need to fix it or replace it. I was told very rudely "we can't do anything". Its a shame how these companies are charging premium but offering bad quality products and give horrible after sales service. The warranty period is also a sham and its of no use. These newbie online companies must be brought in line to delivery the right service to consumers.— SOS Bunny Portable table

I had order a product from pepperfry on 26 Feb 2022. The product has a return policy of 7 days. The product was delivered to me on 4 March 2022 and on the same day I raised a return request as the product delivered to me was damaged. Since then I have been raising complaints and trying to reach out to customer care and they are just delaying the process. Following are the details of the product: Order Id : 307914475 Product name - SOS BUNNY PORTABLE TABLE The company appears to be delaying the return process and have are encouraging for repairing the product. Neither I have received any call from the case executive nor any details about the pickup.

I had bought one dining table from Pepperfry 2.5 years back, 1.5 year before it got infestated with termites, they replaced the table without inspection and asked me to dispose infested one immediately. This time again it got termite infestation as informed before I had taken images and disposed product as per previous experience so that it could not damage other furniture in room. They now have refused to provide me with replacement or any other solution

I had ordered Maharaja Chair for my personal use considering is reputed online store, but within 3 months the chair got damage. I registered complaint with them, but they don't have solution for the same and got reply that they can't do anything. lost my money
