I have booked Go Air Flight Ticket from Hyderabad to Kochi through Paytm on 30-Nov-2021. Later as the flight was rescheduled, airlines has given me an option to Opt for Cancel and refund the amount for which I have agreed. Go Air has refunded the amount on 28th Dec 2021, and confirmed the amount will be credited to the agency. As Paytm is the agency, I contacted them and they blocked my refund amount for almost 23 days now. I have raised ticket with them latest today and the ticket nmbr is 22058855548. The customer care representative is not cooperative and are not helpful in providing resolution. I want my refund amount back ASAP. They are literally looting people who cannot follow up with them. I request you to take necessary action.
I booked bus ticket for two persons including myself from Amritsar to Manali for 12.11.2021 for Rs 1650/- each for Mercedez Benz bus by Arora Tour and Travels (Bus Partner of Paytm).
That day I travelled to Amritsar from Delhi by train and same night planned to go to Manali from there.
When I get to the boarding point the bus number was same (UP22 AT 8811) but it was going to Delhi not Manali ( as told by the travel personnels present at the office of Arora Travels). We were confused.
The Bus driver and conductor told us that they will provide us the Bus for Manali from Ambala and the Delhi bus will get us there.
We were compelled to say yes and board the bus. When Bus moved around 11 p.m. and reached Ambala around 2 a.m. in the midnight nothing happened and Bus kept on going beyond Ambala. This time we were supposed to sleep in the Bus towards Manali but we were going towards Delhi.
Then, the bus reached Kurukshetra and we were de boarded by the conductor to cross the Delhi-Chandigarh highway at midnight.
On the Opposite side of the road, the bus for Manali was stationed(Volvo, City Land Travels, Paharganj, Delhi) and we boarded it (as compelled by the existing bus driver and conductor).
In all this mess the original bus personnel was very rude and authoritative.
The Bus as mentioned on Paytm app as Mercedes Benz was not the same but a pathetic bus and the passengers were filled without booking and was forced to sit on the floor of the bus making it impossible for anyone to get out of the bus.
When we finally crossed the road and boarded the second bus. The Driver of this bus told the passengers at Chandigarh that the brakes of the bus are not working properly and the bus needs to be changed (around 5 am in the winter morning).
We then changed the bus that came nearly in 5 minutes, the luggage was again removed and put to the new bus. Finally this bus took us to Himachal where this 3rd bus got troubled near Kullu or 5 6 kms before Manali. The Passengers waited for half an hour almost. Then we de boarded this bus and took a cab to our final Destination, Manali around 3 4 pm.
This all negligence and profit making policy of the Paytm and Arora Tour and travels are not justified and they are playing with the lives of the passengers by de boarding them at midnight at nowhere, giving the buses with troubled Braking system, taking the false bookings on the paytm app when they do not have buses for such destinations.
Pathetic and Dangerous experience for us.
I paid to flipkart from paytm wallet. The amount got deducted and the order wa snot confirmed. I connected flipkart and they assured me that they have not received the money. I am trying to get in touch with paytm since 7 october but to no avail.
Today morning 452? Is deducted frommmy Paytm account for zomato , when complaint to Paytm they are replying you had liked your account with merchant and need to contact zomato and zomato is saying you have to contact the bank or wallet for wrong deductions. I am swinging between Paytm and zomato
I have made tranfer of ? 717 from one of my bank a/c (Citibank) to another bank a/c (SBI) though PayTm UPI platform. The transaction was declined by Citibank; however, the said amount has been debited from SBI. I reached out to both PayTm and SBI. I was told by PayTm that they have returned the amount back to my bank, so I should get in touch with SBI. When I reach out to SBI they told me they don't have information about the refund since was done though a third party platform (PayTm). So, now I am stuck and I am unable to trace my money. I have PayTm to provide me the details of transferring my money back to my account but they have failed to do so.
I urge you to please help me out.
