My ola ride CRN number is 5972852811 DTD. 3feb22. Amount paid 3027, 3000/- on his GPay app and 27/- cash. I raised complaint for that because he charged double amount. So ola approved my refund of 1445/- into my provided bank by NEFT but they never send by saying your bank details are incorrect. I also asked give refund also in ola coupens but they never solve the issue. They created many tickets and closed without solve. Right now they have one open ticket 316271099.
I WAS TRAVELLING TO DELHI TO KHATU SHYAM IN OLA CAB TOTAL DISTANCE WAS 661 KM BOTH SIDE. BUT OLA CHARGE FOR 850 KM ALSO THEY AGREE SAME THAT WE CHARGE EXTRA AND WE REFUND YOU BACK BUT STILL AMOUNT OF RS 2305 NOT RECEIVED.
Ola cabs has levied wrong charges/billing to my account and are now chasing me to pay the amount. Till now, ola has made hundreds of calls, unlimited emails and now sending threatening message over watsapp to recover the amount, just made my life miserable for a mistake done by them.
I have called their customer care asking to provide the the details of the charges and the ride details, however they are unable to resolve the issue saying they do not have the records. If they do not have the records, how have they charged me than? Also, I was promised that I will receive a call back from their supervisor but that also never happened.
Ola driver has cancelled the booking thrice in sequence and have raised the concern to Ola official tweeter handle, but they are not responding. It shows how they are giving services to its customer. I claimed for compensation and didn't getting any reply on daily follow-up. Also every time drivers ask for destination name and fare.. and then make us forcefully to cancel after waiting for long.
CRN 5597272647 - I was overcharged due to wrong meter reading fed in system by driver. Ola charged me Jalandhar to Ludhiana 110km whereas actual distance travelled was less than 70km. OLA investigated and sent me a mail that they will be refunding the excess amount of Rs. 430 to me. However , after that mail neither ola has refunded my money nor they are sharing any details of refund made. Sent lot of mail to their customer support but no reply received.
I had to book an outstation ride, and the estimated ride fare shown in the app was different than the one at end of the trip.
At the end of trip ride fare was much higher. I am trying to call customer service but no response. I tried to follow up via email, no reply here as well. Ultimately I have landed up paying double fare, and no one is even looking at the issue.
On 7th Aug I travelled from ola auto service where I paid the due after completion of service, still olacab demanding the same amount as due and sending regular messages from last 1 month. When I complained about the same reply says that I failed to bring this to their notice within 2 days hence charges will be applicable to me.
Why should I pay the amount again to olacab? I paid it after completion of the service. If their software or system is not capable of acknowledging it then why should I suffering? Kindly provide compensation against this harassment.
