Nykaa Fashion — gillori rani pink flared suit

I placed an order for two same products(Gillori rani pink suit) but in different sizes(xs and small) from the Nykaa fashion app on 18th September 2022. I placed a return request for both items on 30th September due to size issues and the return order got picked up on 1st October 2022. The delivery partner was from delhivery courier company. he collected both the products kept in one box and left. But later when I checked I found that he has canceled one return request without my information and only updated the pickup status for one item. I called the Nykaa fashion helpline and they told me that once the product reached the warehouse they will issue the refund. I followed up my issue with almost 25-30 calls and 4-5 emails and even chat conversations for a month. I even provided them the screenshot of the proof of return ie, the OTP given by the delivery partner. They kept asking for more time and after 30 days they promised that they have resolved the query and I will get a formal notification of the same in 1-2 days but after 2 days when I called again they said the query is resolved and they cant provide refund as they have not received the product.
