order ID:16466391399009998W. has not been delivered, has not even been dispatched even after the delivery date. And they won't schedule a doc. consultation to approve my prescription and dispatch the medicines.
I have ordered some medicine on 2nd feb. Estimated delivery time was on 7th feb. But didn't get delivered. Its almost 7 days late.
It is so reckless & fraud company ever seen in my life
I am a blood pressure & diabetes patient.
I have booked three diagnostic orders (eye tests - vision express), on11th of September, which were scheduled for 13th of September.
No one contacted me.
on 16th, I lodged a complaint and they told me that I would be contacted within 48 hr.
No one bothered to do anything.
and now starts the series of complaints, written and oral, but to no avail.
At least 15 complaints I lodged to get the refund, but nothing has happened till now.
The customer care agents only give me a time frame of 7 days, but nothing happens.
At multiple occasions, they cut the call midway and did nothing.
I even twitted about the issue with but nothing happened. Their twitter homepage is already flooded with lots of complaints.
Till now, nothing has happened. Its been more than one month now.
They are unprofessional to its limits.
I m pregnant i have been asking for my refund from last one month i was told it will take 2 weeks on my every mail i get this reply and sometimes no reply i cant follow up because of my condition and during this pandemic time every penny counts..this is so inconsiderate of them. I want my refund kindly help me this is harassment.i hv sent tweets also but same reply and no refund so far..medicine was collected on 22nd august.
