I was already raised mail regarding my issue refer ticket 544487 for that. I was raised it on March and today it is month September almost 8 months I have requested to you for my product replacement.. u give me the reason like u don’t have enough stock etc etc.. If u don’t have stock enough then how u sale the product it’s not my concern also. I want my earphonese replacement as soon as possible that’s it

My product i bought from mivi.in call flash ear phone which i just returned it because it was defective. For this he has gone to be replaced. But till now there is no trace of him. It reached there on the 5th, but so far no information has been given by email.

i faced battery issue in my earphones and sent product to mivi and after 50 days they sent me product saying its same product as my product had no issue. but the product they sent to me was not mine. and it's left earbud is not working. it's a damaged product which they have given to me. and on complaining they are not replying my mails and not providing any assistance. they asked me product images on 11 September. after that i sent them so many mails snd they not replying. in some days the product will be out of warranty.

I have purchased one Mivi Duopods on 31st of May 2021. After some days it stops working so i sent many mails to Mivi for this issue. They replied my after 6-7 reminders and they took my product back for repair and testing on 2nd of September. Till date I have not received my earpods back. I have sent them many mails for this but they are not replying.

Dear Sir, I have purchased a mivi product on 18th september with advance payment. My order number is R571908928 and after the order I got the product tracking number 89265306852 on 20th september 2021 but till date this tracking number is invalid. The horrible service from company is that the provided customer care number +91 8099973333 is not connected till now. So I raise complain by facebook and twitter but no response from the so called branded company MIVI with tagging Made in India with deteriorating the image of India. Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased Mivi Collar Flash Bluetooth Earphones. Fast Charging Wireless Earphones with mic, 24hrs Battery Life, HD Sound, Powerful Bass, Made in India Neckband - Orange | B097DJ82JH ( B097DJ82JH ) from amazon india e-commerce site . It has a 1 year warranty but within 1 month it has not been working properly. The sound has stopped comming form both earpiece. I'm trying to contact your customer care service for 10days but no one responded. Please help.

Register a complain in April and till now I didn't get any reply. They always say wait for a week again and again and now customer care no is also not working. And on social media first they ask for ticket no. and after that when I provide it they became Idel and no reply.
