Last year i have purchased an extended warranty from a MI TV service technician who came for TV repair. After confirmation from the Mi TV center issued me pdf on my mail for extended warranty. Again i faced some issues with my tv for which i asked for repair via extended warranty. A technician was assigned and he visited also provided him with all the supporting documents. On 28th of Feb i received a call from Mi service center that provided waranty is fraudulent as after 1 year the extended warranty does not work. I told him that the same was issued by Mi representative and he issued the same after confirming from mi center, he said he has done fraud with

have purchased Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite through flipkart on 28-06-2020. After using the product for two months the phone started malfunction app will collapse and the phone gets hang, over heating. One day the fingerprint sensor stopped working and when he reached service center on 08-10-2021 they told him that the fingerprint module is gone and it will take seven days to get the part replaced. So he ordered the part that day itself and opened a Job card. almost 10 days completed no updates from service center called couple of times and they told him that item is not received thats why its getting delayed. Called Xiaomi customer care and raised this issue they told to wait for 10 days to complete and if you're not getting the repair done. He have to call again customer care to register complaint. He didn't found it consumer friendly. He spend almost 21000 for a product and its not worth. As he is working with Maruti Suzuki Dealership as Sales Executive Phone is an essential part of his job. The company had serviced the mobile but still again he is facing the same issues in the mobile he gave his mobile to service center again on 15/01/2022 but still they did not responded anything and they canceled his job card without his intimation and again they created a new job card, , he wants to file grievance against this issue and he needs the refund amount and he does not need the mobile replacement or the repair
