Hello Sir /Mam - I had booked one room on Makemytrip. As it was camping, so we just called number on booking voucher to confirm location. On call, he told deal is not available. And he can offer us other properties for which we have to pay him separately, not on makemytrip. He also shared makemytrip invoice where he has been paid 3094 (we have chat proof with him). On doubting his intentions, we raised issue with Makemytrip which assured solution within 24 hours. And what we got, cancelation message without refund. When we haven't not requested cancelation, how can they do it without our consent. And secondly, instead of penalizing hotel partner, they are punishing us. And height of unethical- That property is still getting sold today also on their platform to fool others. Please look into the matter.
I booked a ticket for travel in May 2021 but could not travel due to Covid second wave. The ticket was made open by Air India and I could reschedule till 5th Feb 2022. I have been calling MakeMyTrip since December and they are not rescheduling my ticket. Also AirIndia is also not helping and they disconnect the call whenever I call them.
Makemytrip is scamming customers by wasting their time and taking their money.
Booked tickets from Goa to Amritsar but made a mistake in date. For date change, MakeMyTrip charged around 2800 per ticket. Out of which 2500 as Airline charges and 300 as MakeMyTrip charges.
The cost is too high when I am not even changing airline company.
I had booked a ticket for delhi to winnipeg for the 28th of September by British airways through MakeMyTrip. However upon calling British airways they informed us they are not boarding Indian passport holders and asked us to contact the third party vendor(makemytrip) through whom we booked the ticket. As there is no helpline number where we can physically contact the company we sent MakeMyTrip an email stating the issue and then only they said they would look into the matter, however since that email we received calls from over 7 representatives who were clueless about the matter and had to be re explained the situation every time and then their answers were all different. Some of them said that they would be providing a full refund, some said they would be help in rescheduling the flight and now they are saying the only thing they can do is provide a voucher for the amount booked exclusive to British airways valid till April next year. Upon questioning them regarding the refund they say that they are unable to contact the airlines this is all they can do. I cant take the voucher as it is equivalent to giving up the money as i wont be travelling within the next 6 months. MakeMyTrip hasnt shown any constructive initiative in this matter please help.
Hi, I have booked flight Tickets from Delhi to Goa(16th Dec) and Return(23rd Dec). Later i have got the dates changed to 20th Nov and 27th Nov(Return).
On 08th September, I got a message saying my return tickets have been cancelled whereas I have not initiated the same.
I reached out to customer care for this and they had registered request for the same. However they have processed refund against the same with many types of cancellation charges(Airline Cancellation Charges, MMT Convenience Fee, MMT Cancellation charges) - there is no fault of mine. Also since I am getting closer to travel dates, i tried reaching out to MMT Team via multiple mediums but no one is responding.
Now the situation is that I am unable to reach customer care via call as well.
