I have a credit card from Kotak Bank, but the agents are harassing me unnecessarily for making early payments or just reminder calls for payment. I have never been a defaulter on my payment. Bank says reminder calls,15 calls in a day as reminder.

Complaint Latter Regarding Kotak Bank Blocked/Frozen Account It is with regret that I am writing this to you to notify you about my unpleasant banking experience. I have an account kotak bank for the past one year ten months and my account number is XXXXXX4097 under the complaint no. 259/2021 I am unable to withdraw my salary from my own bank account as it is unexpectedly blocked/frozen. When I visited the branch on 23-July-2021, Kotak Bank Manager Shivani informed me that I will receive the revert within 24 hours. But till date I have received neither revert no proper response from any branch manager. As you know it is very difficult for me to withdraw my own salary. I have followed up with Bank manager and customer care department several times and nothing has materialized till now. I am writing to you with deep regret as a last resort and this is not expected from a renowned bank like yours. Bank manager said you mail cyber crime, You will get a response from there Bank said that we will get mail from cyber crime only then we will unblock the account I mailed on cybercrime emai id cenpswhitefeldbcp@ksp.gov.in customer care number 08022942872 But I didn't get any response from there then i visited the cyber crime commissioner's office Noida sector 108. Told him my complaint number. He refused on seeing my complaint and said that you visit your bank, they will unblock your account. Kotak Mahindra Branch Head Nishant Mehra.And Branch Manager shivani Both are not giving any proper response even I visited the bank 6 to 7 times. I request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful so that I can get my salary. Thanks for your time and I will appreciate an immediate action on this matter. Rozy

We have received wrong NOC. We have contacted the bank so many times but there is no satisfactory response from their side. We ask them to mail us for confirming their reply but we haven't received any mail yet. Kindly help us in this matter. Since we are not getting any help from Kotak Mahindra Bank.

Kotak Mahindra Bank— Kotak Rewards- trolley

Hello, I was ordering a trolley bag from Kotak rewards using my reward points. What I saw is 55 inches trolley which in available on cheaper rates(Rs. 2350) on other website Kotak is selling for Rs 4400. i have to use all my 17000 reward points which they amounted upto Rs 1800 approx and then also have to give remaining amount from my credit card too. My question is why Kotak reward is selling the product on higher rates in lieu of rewards points.
