Customer satisfaction rating

Karnataka Bank — Timed Out /failed transaction ,still deducted money from my account on 20/02/2022 by Karnataka Bank , no refund yet

On 20/02/2022 Karnataka Bank debited 2000/- Rs from my account for Timed Out / Failed transaction. From that day till now they gave no resolution regarding that, from their customer care team to Branch employees noone took any initiative to resolve this issues. it is more than one week they didn't refund my money. I am feeling very helpless, I don't know whether they will reverse my money back or not, I will ever get my hard earned money or not ,worst banking service.
