It's been 4 days I don't have an active connection in my home the customer care executive is rescheduling day by day. Only my home doesn't have an active connection while others in my area have an active connection i live in the centre of the city still the issue persists
On 23 September device was installed in my house and due to same personal issues I cancelled online on call for uninstall on 29 it was uninstalled and device was picked by engineer on 3 October and today is 11 November my security deposit didn't come and company policy says it will come in 14 day's
I am facing network issues from past 9 days.... my request to resolve the issue is being delayed day by day. First concer was raised on 12th of Sep 2022 but still 21st of sep 2022 my issue not resolved. When I asked customer service to stop my pal as I am not able to get brnefit ftom my plan they declined it. It is really disappointing and frustrating that i hv paid for nothing. My 10 days and many more is still to count is being waisted. I am no idea how to resolve it. I am calling customer service daily for any update but Jio customer service people delaying it day by day. Really need help on this issue
Before installation seller without confirm from me cancelled the broadband installation request but request was cancelled on the month of August now today is 16 sep but I am not receiving my refund amount I paid the amount through the UPI ...very worst service regarding my refund I also calling many times. In jio service centre but they are not able to resolve my issue i want my refund as soon as possible please help me out
I had issues with JIOfiber since day one of installation, and had raised a request the same day for refund and pickup of their device, but they just don’t come to pick up the device and keep on rescheduling again and again, been calling them again and again and they have no answer. They are very pathetic and have a very very very bad service. Absolutely HATE IT. They will not pick up and until they pick up no refund will be provided. Please help me get this resolved
I have taken jio fiber connection but I got transferred so i returned jio fiber connection. I ask for refund. I have submitted all the details but they are telling mismatch in Bank details. I have send them my bank details with cancelled cheque photo for several times still they are giving me same answer i.e mismatch in Bank details. If I call them then executive people's are not answering properly they cut the call in between. 2500/- security deposit amount still not received

I didn't get refund of 500 after returning jio fiber but they are claiming that refund was completed on 12th Apr 2022. But I checked account in which they are mentioning the amount got credited and I could not find 500 credited on that day or any other day either by jio fiber. I have been calling jio fiber customer care services as well as mailed them but they are constantly saying the same thing that amount got credited and we cannot do anything about it now. I have attached screenshot of my account statement for reference. Please help.
