I suggest, not to buy jawa bike, there focus is only is to sale the bike and then no service, i bought jawa 42 2.1 in december, the dealer took all the charges but did not provide RC even after 9 months of purchase. The congenital fault in the bike remains untreated and the bike is in custody of the dealer.Only thing, i apprecite is bike, but without service and after sale harrament by dealers is a gift with bike.
I did Jawa Perak Bike booking on 02 Jan 2020. Order No. JAWA20200102161 and Payment Reference No. 293793153. But the Company did not deliver bike on time. So I asked the company to canceled the booking in December 2020 and refund the booking amount. For this I requested to company by call and sending email. But 16 months have passed but the company has not refunded my amount to me yet. I request the company to return my booking amount to me with interest.
I had booked Jawa perak with booking ID JAWA2020001014288 on Jan 1st, 2020 with a booking amount of 10000 INR. Owing to covid situations, I am not in a condition to continue with the purchase. So I raised a request to refund my booking amount on 26th july, as the company stated full refund of booking amount if not interested. But the company says we have escalated the issue, till date they aren't able to say, by when I would revived my refund amount.
