I had booked Jawa perak with booking ID JAWA2020001014288 on Jan 1st, 2020 with a booking amount of 10000 INR. Owing to covid situations, I am not in a condition to continue with the purchase. So I raised a request to refund my booking amount on 26th july, as the company stated full refund of booking amount if not interested. But the company says we have escalated the issue, till date they aren't able to say, by when I would revived my refund amount.
