I have purchased a Lahenga from Lakshmi Swayamvar Group Varanasi ( Uttar Pradesh ) on 4th March 2022 whose Invoice number is 0085850 which costs an amount of Rs 7,815. After the finishing of my Lahenga my friend Nitanshi Karnatak took it from the shop and sent me with India Post on 4th April 2022 from SPP Hindu Vishwa Vidhyalaya SO ( 221005 ) post office counter number 4 to my location Lohardaga Jharkhand ( 835302 ) whose tracking ID is EU570606135IN and IVR is 6985570606135. The weight of the packet was 7854 gms which was measured by the postal service and the amount charged was Rs 601.80 and tax Rs 91.80.
I received the parcel on 11th April 2022 around 2:00 pm which was delivered through the postman. After receiving the packet, when I opened it immediately, the item which was supposed to be in it was misplaced by some piece of waste clothes. So immediately I went to the Post office of my area ( Pin Code - 835302 ) and then informed them about the incident but they refused to register the complaint or help me via any medium. And when I asked them to measure the weight of the box then it was approx 2278 gms still they denied to take any action against it neither they cooperated.

Sender sent a parcel of musical instrument. When I recieved, it was totally damaged. This all caused by India Post. It was a speed post. EE413639889IN. They delivered after 15-16 days , It was missing, I raised complaint so they delivered buy in damaged condition. Raising complaint many times, but they are wasting time by giving rebuttal of blah blah.
