Bought a Creta from Aditya hyundai BHUBANESWAR in June 2018. After an accident the car was sent for repair to the showroom. The showroom took too long to fix the things as the spares were unavailable. And in the mean time the showroom got flooded as the walls of basement got broke due to heavy rain. And my brand new car was drowned entirely above the Bonet level with muddy water and grease and waste oil. The showroom then says he will clean the car and give the delivery which was not at all accepted to me and so the car is still with the showroom as they are totally uninterested in resolving my issue

I always wanted to buy Hyundai Creta from my young age and when Visited Showroom to buy it, I was really shocked of dealer's Malpractice, they are saying that if you want to buy Hyundai creta, you have to take Insurance from us which 2.5 Times costlier then market price and accessories which i Dont want. This is Just a Malpractice by Hyundai Dealer!!! Really upset with this kind of behavior of a reputed car company !!! Selling Unwanted Things is Really Upsetting Dealer - Chirawa and Jhunjhunu - Rajasthan
