HP India P Ltd— HP Laptop Problem

We Purchased HP Laptop on 28 Jan 2021. Laptop started giving issues where keys were not working. Reported this to HP Customer Care, they replaced the keypad. Yet again, same issue occurred within a month of replacing the keypad. Service Engineer came and rectified it. I am not sure when the issue will re-occur. Had requested HP to either replace the laptop, or provide a 2 year warranty or refund the money, since the issue occurred more than twice. It is a clear indication that the laptop is faulty. HP refuses to replace it, plus offered Rs.1000/- worth goodies instead of fixing the issue
