i bought hp product on 1 jan through amazon and it's was defect but as a new customer i don't know about this defect product when its not working good so i call hp customer care and they said we have return policy within 15 days after getting product ,i don't know about hp retuen or replace policy kindly replace my product and they are not able to replace my product and said we can rapier it and after repair again again its showing same problem kindly help me and try to replace my hp laptop
