Hotel Preithaa Garden— poor service and harassment

We checked in on 28-09-2021 at 12:31 am in hotel Preitha garden,Avadi,chennai 54 as we had moved to Chennai for job purpose.We were allotted room no 207 by getting an advance payment of INR 3000 during check-in.There was no room service, telephone without intercom facility, TV without cable, nonfunctional remote, non working wifi, no complimentary breakfast though there was restaurant cum lodging facility, filthy smelling toilet which they claimed due to sanitation, unusable bolt in toilet door which opens wide and stagnation of water in toilet hence couldnt be used by us and we were unable to take bath, no hot water supply though they asked us to wait for getting it.They promised to change the room as we complained however didnt do so rather they started harassing us and forced us to check out even before 24 hrs of our allowed stay banging our room door.They refused to provide the bill for our stay and our balance amount. We had to call police dialing 100 complaint num CFS10875606, to get our balance amount and the bill. But we were unable to use any of the hotel room facility we were assured of. We couldnt use toilet neither take bath though we had travelled long distance to reach chennai for which we had checked in to the hotel room. I wasnt able to take up my office work because of denial of wifi for that room.Please get us the refund of the services which were not provided by them and the compensation for the mental agony they has caused us. Kindly take required action to help other customers get the service as promised by them without getting cheated and harassed.
