My name is Mr.Karim K. Daredia,A-1/12,Fatima bunglows-1,Near tahura park,makrand desai road,vadodara -390012,Mobile -8238177781 ,i purchased Hitachi 2 ton Ac model no.-RSQG318HEEA from Reliance digital ,old padra road,Vadodara on date-15/4/2021 which was faulty. i complained on 16/3/2022 ,Complaint no.8050240737 Engineer came from Reliance digital and reported gas leakage in the outdoor unit. After 3 days another engineer came and serviced the machine only and did not solve the problem of gas leakage. So we complained to the Hitachi company. They refused to take any Complaint and said that we have given a Service contract to Reliance digital and you have to talk with them only. Finally machine stopped working again and we Complaint on 25/4/2022 Complaint no.-8051148626 but nobody came to check even and then Messages came from Reliance digital that they cancelled my request with my confirmation.Nobody solved complaint but only messages and nonsense calls about service feedback harassing us. Nobody came and repaired or replaced my Ac till today. I request you to file my complaint against these giant Companies Hitachi company and Reliance digital as they behave like there is no law and order for them in India. I attach all proofs.
I bought an air conditioner on 6th December 2020. They took months to fix my air conditioner, water was coming inside the room. When they fix it, i ask them there is some strange sound from outlet. No one was agreeing that this sound is not normal.
Then there was not sufficient cooling from my unit, as I have 2 same units, i can compare it in my home. They don't accept that as an issue. To the same technician i showed them the noise, he opened the outlet and said this looks normal.
Several technician had visited my premises to check the unit, they weren't agreeing with the issue.
Finally after the warranty out, i tweeted video of sound coming from my AC. Now, as the product is out of warranty, they are able to find the issue and asking me to pay 10000. I have this in written email.
I have suffered a lot due to defects due to issues from them.
And now, they started charging from my service, but why should I pay for manufacturing defects
Hence, I need refund for my AC and new air conditioner at my home premises
