Herofincorp— Unnecessary Overdue Charges

I paid my last two emi advancely before my emi date as suggested by hero fincorp's customer care executive(also having the recording of customer care executive) after paying advancely now they are leaving 700 as overdue charges, while I tried to contact them via mail and mobile number. There is no response.
