I booked my flight from happyeasygo in December by go airways. It was later cancelled by the airlines due to some unknown reasons. They cancelled the flight on 1 January 2022. And airlines refunded my money to happyeasygo after few days. Since then i am waiting for my refund. I haven’t got my money. I called them mailed them but there has been no positive response. They just asked to wait. Also airlines told me they already refunded my money in January itself. Its been more than 3 months that my money has not been refunded. I don’t know what to do now. All i am doing is waiting for my money.
Hello Team, I have booked Mumbai to Chennai flight ticket (PNR:6B9PY2) on 16 Dec 2021 using www.happyeasygo.com and cancelled the same ticket by calling happy easy go customer care number 01246079960 on same date (16 Dec 2021)for some personal reasons. And as promised by their customer care agent ₹1424 had to be refund at my sourced account within 45days. Once 45days passed, I have called them 3 to 4 times and asked my refund status, every time they are replying "it is under process please wait for next 7 to 10 days". I have not yet received the refund for the same. Because of this I am very much stressed and I'm not able to concentrate on my daily work. Also I am not able to fulfill my other financial activities because of this money blockage. Please consider this letter as a complaint against happyeasygo and order them to give my refund amount back and additionally Rs 10 lakh as compensation to give me mental stress. I am enclosing the ticket.
I had booked an air ticket from Delhi to Pune for 13th June 2021 from Happy easy go . However the flight was cancelled by the airline in which case a full refund is expected. Airline (Go Air) has already processed full refund on 28th June however I still haven't received the refund. I have chased Happy easy go a number of times over email and phone but each time I'm getting false assurance . As per happy easy go policy they have a refund period of maximum 90 days which has already crossed over. Every time I ask them for the refund status they say its pending with their supplier. Moreover since last two months they are asking to wait for few days every time. Their "wait for few days" is never ending.
My refund Order ID is 679378723614670833. I placed the refund request on 25th and 30th March respectively with all the relevant documents and under the company policy I was supposed to receive my refund within 90-120 days.
Over 165 days have passed by and the company has still not given any definitive timeline as to when my refund will be given. All their emails are saying have patience and give us time but no reason is being given for the unreasonable delay. Their customer care executive are telling me that their third party vendors are not releasing money and that is why they are unable to release funds.
I fail to understand that what does that have to do with me? My contract is with HAPPYEASYGO and not with the third party vendor. They have made false promises with regard to the refund over the past 2 months and are only trying to defraud the customers.
