This is regarding my Haier refrigerator complaint.
My refrigerator is not working since 20th of September 2021
I have already registered complaint through Haier toll free number. My first complaint number (SR ID) is HR20210922101743 dated 22nd of September 2021, and second complaint number is HR20210925100572 dated 25th of September 2021, third on 27th September and fourth on 30th of September.
I had purchased Haier company refrigerator on 30th September 2019.
I had put my faith on Haier company, believing in haier good service record.
Now I guess I suffering because of same.
I did not expected this kind of response from Haier Company.
On the first visit Haier service person had advised that coupler was loose and he said everything will be alright, and then he closed the complaint from his side.
But the issue is still same.
On second visit he told me that PCB was at fault and was asking for Rs 14000 for same.
On third visit I had a talk with Haier ASM (Mr Ankur Sharma), whohad sent someone else.
He advised that compressor gas is low and filled the same( he had charged me for same)
But issue remains same.
Then Haier TSM Mr Pankaj Mehta had sent another service person to resolve the issue but they couldn't understand the problem in the refrigerator.
I am not hoping this kind of service from Haier Company, which is really disheartening.
Please look into the matter.
