Hi Team,  We had our flight on 20th Mar'22 at 10:30 am with Go first from Delhi to Patna. Flight number G8 143, PNR R476SL. After spent an hour in a long queue, I reached at check-in counter at 9:43 am. The staff at the Counter denyed to give me Boarding pass, and sent me to Supervisor Counter. She also denyed to help me out, where still 45 minutes were left. I requested her so many times to help me, my wife had bad health condition. But she didn't help me at all. that very point of time She got a call from anywhere and she helped a lady for 7 boarding passes who was also had flight at 10 30 am.  She started insisting me to buy next flights tickets. This is not the first time I was traveling via flight. Hence I know she could helped me where 45 minutes were left. I had to buy next flights tickets. This is the worst experience with Go First airlines. I just can't believe this, such a reputed Airlines can do this just to sale next flights tickets worth of only Rs.6500.  it was never the matter of refunding the amount. It was the matter of irresistible behaviour by Go First support staff. They had time to get me in where 40 minutes were left. The Supervisor out there, she got a call must be a reference call, and helped a lady for 7 boarding passes, who had also flight at 10:30am. And, most importantly I was not traveling very first time with Go First. The next flight I had taken 11:30,, for that I was there in the gate number 25 till 11:25, so I know what she could have done where 40 minutes were left. She continuously insisting me to buy next flight's tickets. She never tried to help me out at all, and she was behaving very harshly.
