Flipkart/Whirlpool Refrigerator— Urgent resolution, Defective 360lt whirlpool refrigerator

I bought 360 L Whirlpool refrigerator through Flipkart I faced issues during installation. Right from the first day there are problems in the fridge. There has been water logging in the back of the fridge. Then there was no proper cooling in the fridge. I was in continuous touch with customer care and even after following their instructions there has been no improvements in the situation. Their solutions were totally inefficient. Vegetables that were kept were also found rotten the next day. There is foul smell in the fridge and small insects are found even in the empty fridge. I have been fooled by flipkart and whirlpool multiple times by providing misinformation and inefficient solutions. Flipkart seller has sent the defective product. I contacted flipkart customer care and whirlpool for replacement but issue is not resolved till now. I am upset and feeling cheated. I cannot tolerate this behaviour of hit and trial solutions any longer. As per current situation, I haven't used the fridge. It is an expensive and branded product. I want immediate resolution of the issue by replacing this defective product.

Flipkart/Whirlpool Refrigerator— Wrong product delivered

I have bought a fridge in which I have placed my fridge as an exchange which was of rupees 2720 and I paid 17883 as 6months EMI from a credit card. at the time of delivery, the delivery agent inspected my old fridge and took control over that after that they opened the box of the fridge in which we saw that it was not the product we ordered but then they said sir we can not leave your old fridge we have to take this away with us and you have to file a replacement request for your new fridge. After that, I tried contacting Flipkart for the replacement and they asked me to wait for around 24 hrs to raise the replacement request I did so but after 24 hrs there was some technical error at their end due to which they and I both were not able to create replacement or return then they asked me to wait for 48 more hours for the resolution of the technical error after which we have to raise return or replacement but after 48 hours they said that unfortunately, they are not able to rectify the error so we are trying to initiate refund but all of sudden they disconnected my call and now it is around 60 more hours but I do not have contact with them. they are not responding to anything of mine where like Twitter, mails call nothing. this is cheating with me they took my old fridge they took my money and now not even delivering what I should get. I Paid for the product which I don't get. I have got a complaint number from them for the refund complaint which I am mentioning here - Complaint number - IN21100810384573319238.
