I ordered one item from flipkart app. They had promised me that they will deliver the product on or before 10th oct 2021 but they fail to do so. After that they had promised to deliver the product on 14th oct but till now they haven't shipped the same. This shows their casual attitude towards customer service.
I have placed the order on 30th September,21. My order was promised to be delivered on 10th even after charging me 60 rupees for delivery charges being a Flipkart plus member, they have postponed the delivery date on their own accord, even though making pre-payment for the order, i have still not received although the product is received by the nearest hub on 07th October, this is extreme harassment served to me by flipkart and i want a compensation for my harassment
