I purchased aqua sure via Amazon in Jan 2022, product under warranty.
Unfortunately since 22nd April 2022, not functioning, raised complaints to Eureka Forbes number of times, still they didn't take corrective action on aforesaid matters, due to their casual approach, self and family forced to consume unhealthy water,
Please look into matters and support to resolve asap,
I had ordered the Robo Vac and mop unit from the company and at the training demo i say this product doesnt do as claimed and so asked the technician to pack it back and informed him i will return it. The technician and his superior were trying to persuade me otherwise. I sent multiple emails to customer care but all i get is false promise that the sales department will contact me to pick up the unit. I even wrote to the CEO escalation desk but got the same response. They even tried to close my complaint. company has a 30 day return policy and its 11 days now i am trying to get them to take the product back. Its shameful how such a big company can be so unprofessional and not follow their own company policy.
My Aquaguard is in warranty and it have manufacturing defect related with its water tank so i logged complaint against the same to eureka forbes twitter account but still no one contacted me to resolve my concern, after that i also logged complaint to their service center via call and i have also written all these things to their Grevience officers but still i am chasing them from last 34 days bit there is no action has been taken from eureka forbes end
