I was promised 40 days replacement for my laptop but now its been 60 days they dont tell me the status of my laptop. I want my laptop and compensation because of the promise they broke and mental problems i have been through because of loss of work time.

Dell— Sent different monitor as replacement

My monitor model P2419H got damage while in warranty, raised complaint and got my monitor replaced, but they sent model P2422H which is less in price and also in features.
