Central UP Gas Limited — Delay in new domestic png connection

I have applied for new domestic png connection about 7 months ago..got CRN no D0075167 ...but still waiting for connection... tried to contact CUGL many times through many channels but no reply no resolution is provided.. My one complaint reg the issue on 21 March is HO15502 to cugl customer care. I am continuosly trying to connect cugl customer care no 05122246000 and +917275965111, and email id customercare@cugl.co.in (as provided in their online web site https://www.cugl.co.in/) but non of these contact details responding me in a positive way. Please help because i have also paid the desired amount to cugl.
