Brisam Retail Private Limited— Order not delivered yet showing as delivered

A COD order was never delivered and still marked as delivered. Customer care is not helping even after multiple complains. Initially, the order, dated 24th Feb, 2022 was marked as canceled on 26th Feb, 2022 without my concern. When I complained, the order was rescheduled for delivery by 28th Feb, 2022. However, the order was showing as delivered on 28th Feb, 2022, without being delivered. The delivery guys name was showing as Souvik Khan and his contact number is 8276961716 however, it seems that the contact number does not belong to Souvik Khan. When complained again on 1st March, 2022, the customer care executive Rachel told me that I'm lying about a COD order, which doesn't makes sense and simply refused to transfer the call to someone senior or in the leadership. On insisting, a supervisor Kovalan attended my call and ensured that I'll be receiving the order within 48 hours, still the order is not here. If they cannot deliver the order anymore, I simply request to remove this order number 38407520 from my order history and also remove my account details immediately.
