I Purchased a Boat Watch Xtend Pitch Black From Amazon.. Due to Some issues I went to service Center for the Replacement of product .. (Ticket Num -20323428). The Replacement Product i received is Totally Different. i received Airdopes instead of My watch.. I complaint immediately to the Customer care.. as well as Posted the Query on there Twitter Handle..they Asked me to Mail the Issue. I mailed.. Its been 7 days I haven't Received any Confirmation or Information from the Boat. The Customer care is Even Not Responding me.. Kindly Help me to get my Watch back..

I ordered a powerbank from boat website on 28 February 2022 which got me delivered on o March 2022 but when I opened the package there was no powerbank in the box. it was an empty box so I immediately mailed to help@imaginemarketingindia.in in customer call service they told that I will get solution within 48 to 72 hrs but it's more than 30+ days and still didn't got the solution. They are even not properly replying over Twitter and email. I mailed necessary pictures and details in the same mail which I sent on 9 March. They have same reply everytime that they will resolve my issues earliest. I want my money back I will not accept their product at any cost

They have same reply everytime that they will resolve my issues earliest. I want my money back I will not accept their product at any cost. I have recording of their employee saying that If I want refund amount will be refunded and now they are refusing to refund. Even not giving proper response.

Hi Team I have purchased Bluetooth on 24th December wherein it's been one months now the product is not working I have escalated this multiple times but no one is resolving the issue, after so many follow up company has replaced the product 3 days ago .. and the replaced product is also not working. And they are saying they will give me 599rs .. instead of whole amount back. Also everytime they are delivering refurbished product I would request you to kindly look into this and do the needful I don't want their refurbished product again kindly help here to give me my whole amount back pls. Their team are not even looking in to this everytime they are just sending their copy paste sms . Be a working woman this is really hard to follow up on daily basis with this pathetic brand. I have purchased boat sound bar on 14th Sep 2021. After 2 week I have faced some technical issues and I have raised a compliant . Last week the technician reached me. But he could not find the problem or open the sound bar. He said he would forward the issue to another technician. Then last Friday a new technician reached me and picked up the sound bar for checking the issue. After two days he delivered the product. As checked it is broken and just fixed by covering tapes. The we have made some arguments and the technician used faul languages against me and my family. I have the voice tapes and pictures .

Faulty produc. Faulty product replacement for 8 times. Same bad products have been returned in warranty replacement. The product has to be replaced within a day or two because they never worked.

श्रीमान जी मैंने oct 2020 में फ्लिपकार्ट से boat AIRDOPES 402 आर्डर किया था सही समय पर मिल भी गया लेकिन जनाब जब से इसको यूज़ करना चालू किया है हद से हद आपका ये प्रोडक्ट हद करके 7 दिन भी सही नही चला ।वापिस भेजो तो 2से 3 दिन में पिकउप arrange होता है वो भी विनती करने पर ।।।।। 7 से 8 दिन रास्ते में 2 दिन आप वापिस नही भेजते फिर से 7 से 8 दिन वापिस आने में यानी कुल मिलाकर 17 से 20 दिन में वापिस मुझे मिलेगा डिफेक्टिव प्रोडक्ट जो इनके godown में पड़े रहते है। इनके एम्प्लोयी बिना देखे भेज देते है ।यानी 17×9=153 दिन यूज़ ही नही किया 300 दिन मैं से। मैने बार बार बोला Dm किया,mail किया ,नोट्स में लिखा की 402 मत भेजना चाहे costly product है तो भेज देना में एक्स्ट्रा pay करने के लिये तैयार हूं ।लेकिन मजाल है boat सुनो किसीकी ।य भी कह दिया कि refund करदो चाहे 50 % करदो लेकिन नही । ticket no है 3333897 जो कि 6 sep को भेजा था boat के warehouse पे 13 sep से रेखा है लेकिन अब ना तो रिफंड कर रहे है ना product भेज रहे हैं ।ना मेल पे रिप्लाई देते है ना कॉल पे satisfaction answer उसकी वारंटी period ही खत्म हो जाएगा लेकिन प्रोडक्ट use नही कर पाया में ।।।क्रप्या समाधान करवा सकते हो तो आप की बड़ी मेहरबानी होगी ।धन्यवाद
