I bought Asus laptop on 31 December, 2020. From the very first day it is not working properly. The laptop hangs and lags a lot while working. It functions extremely slowly and takes a lot of time. I have complained to the customer service so many times but i have not received any help. I have mailed them so many times, tweeted so many times but the company is just not helping me. Everytime I contact the customer care, they say higher executive will contact you in 72 hours but nobody contacts later. My product is still under warranty and the company is not helping at all. I am really tired of reaching them out and with the product also. There is some manufacturing defect and in that case, i want a replacement or refund for the product because I just cannot work anymore with this product.
