The product sold to me isn't working, for which I have raised a complaint and have been trying to reach the Customer Care. After calling them many times I was able to reach them. They have shared with me the number of the technician who never picks the call.
On complaining the same they shared another number of the technician, who again declines my calls and doesn't answer it too.
The product is under warranty. The company isn't helping me get the issue resolved and has been avoiding me for more than 10 days.
