This is to bring in your notice that i have made a mistake of my life that i trust on amazon product
due to that i am still suffering from a complaint process which already taken 6 months but not resolved yet as there is a third party involvement which is called cloudtail and i will suggest no one to buy any product which comes under amazon basics brand name because its does not having any service support so here the things starts if you call to amazon so the customer rep will transfer you to the other department and simply said it is not handled by our team then we have to talk other department representative and after the explanation they told you that you have to raise complaint through mobile application so our technician will reach you after doing that the hilarious thing is that without reaching to the home address for ac repair the technician done there job and got a call that that please share the feedback for the services which is not done so again the same process starts from beginning and again nothing happens so after many calls the customer rep given me the email of cloudtail which is a third party company and amazon rep escalate the issue to them and myself i have also sent emailed multiple times each time in revert we get the assosiated team will be back within 2-3 days as i am not a liar so i have received calls again stating that we will do the repair in next summer season which is far away 6 months so i asked for return of my money as being to middle class ac is such a big thing for us and paying 12 months emis with roi@12 its really hard and this service i never expected from amazon there is a big communication gap in process which is need to be minimised as of now today i have also received call explain each and every point from the begining no one is having any solution so standing at the same point where i have started so this is the story for last 6 moths every time i emailed every time they called and asked for the feedback for service and every time i have to explain each and every point and i am tired of it kindly take your ac back and i dont even want my money back.
