Airtel — Humiliated and Misbehaviour by Airtel Sales Agent

I was humiliated and abused to the worst level by an Airtel sales agent, the reason I was being mentally affected is because I did not recharge my services and he has a problem with that. He used profanity language on me and threatened me if found anywhere in the streets he would harm me physically and etc. He questioned customer (me) if you are incapable or can't afford why do you want to use airtel?! Is this right? He is a Airtel employee from sales department. Name - Vinod Phone - +91 6363509693 Location - Bengaluru. This guy is calling many people and doing the same, Airtel will loose its customers for one person mistake. My question to Airtel : how can you let someone call a customer on their personal number! Is it allowed like that? Don't you have Data security policy? Why do you have such employees? It's completely my wish if i want to recharge or not, who is this chap to question a customer in rude way? He says if you can't afford don't subscribe. This is ridiculous. Sue him!

Airtel — Airtel WIFI- False commitment from Sales Team and Billing Issue

Height of exploitation from Airtel http://Team.Airtel thugged in the name of #Airtel_Black. I have already Paid security deposit of 590 INR for connection activation in Dec-2021 At the time of installation Field team says there is Xstream Fiber available and they provided VI Fiber (Which is definitely not a fiber). Also Sales team have committed for 03 Months Free trial with 0 activation Fees and 590 RS will be returned back as a discount for next 6 Months I have raised this Xstream Fiber issue with CC team (No action taken). After that in Jan'22 i received a Bill of 588 in (Paid). In Feb received bill of 772 INR for which i connected to CC Team (As i have 03 months Trial in my bucket).They confirmed to pay 589 INR (Paid) as per CC Team for some technical issue Bill is generated for 772 INR. Now in the March i have received a bill of 1300 INR, on checking with CC team they are saying tht 500 additional fees is added as activation charges (After 03 months of connections they are adding this and asking me - to pay activation Fees or they will bar the services) . I have requested Airtel Supervisors to please look into it. But there is no response from there end. I have already paid security deposits initially and now they are saying that only one Month trial is there. Looking fwd to resolve this on priority.

Airtel — Postpaid connection

Airtel changed my postpaid plan to provide access for Airtel Fiber. Later they said that Airtel fiber service is not available in my area/location. And now they are refusing to change my plan to old one and customer care says, the postpaid plans have been changed. In such case customer should be intimated, which didn't happen.

They have provided me wrong plan. Now they are not able to fix. The speed shiuld be of 200mbps. But they are only providing me the speed of 40mbps. 01149935011. Charging me 1000rs plus taxes.

Airtel — Airtel postpaid and broadband

I have brought airtel broadband. But its service was poor so I asked the customer service team to stop the same and they agreed. But now they sent me the bill of 1500/- and turned off my postpaid number, for which I have already made the payments. Now I am not able to use my postpaid number and requesting everywhere to settle the bill and activate my number. But seems they don't want to serve the customer.

I was using my M.no 9627105516 since last 6 years,0n 04/10/21 my no. Suddenly blocked. I also visited to Airtel store even they are not able to resolve the issue. Even Airtel Company replied that they don't have any record of this.

Airtel — Xtreme Broadband Fibre Connection

I am a Consumer of Airtel Xtreme Fibre Broadband Connection i have been using this Connection since last 10 months , i have faced multiple issues earlier but this time they have crossed the limit. Its been 4 Consecutive Days since i am living in a Complete Internet Blackout despite of raising a SR having number #137853270 within same day . Its been 4 days and they are making me fool despite of multiple calls which i made them to fasten up the process as i have some work and College related work they are just lying that our technicians will reach out to you in next 4 hours and so on but 5 days have passed yet no resolution has been provided to me and from last day they are hanging calls on me. I have already paid 2828 Rs in Advanced for 3 months of service and i still have 2.5 Months of service left .

Airtel — No Internet service since 28 Sep night

Airtel Fiber Broadband Service request no raised for the “no Internet issue” at 07:30 AM on 29 Sep. The connection is not working since 10 PM 28 Sep. Despite assurance by customer care team, no resolution till now has happened nor has anyone from technical or escalation desk tried to reach out. This is serious hassle as studies, office work and other associated work has been hampered and facing severe memtal trauma.

I am a customer of Airtel Xstream broadband connection from Pune, Maharashtra. There have been continuous issues with the broadband connection in my area Dhayari, since June 2021. I've had Airtel's broadband since 2020, but the problems only started in June 2021. The broadband connection loses its internet connection for hours and Airtel responds by saying they have a technical issue. As the problem has been recurring, I got in touch with the Airtel technicians who were allotted after raising complaints with Airtel. According to the technicians, the local wifi owners or goons working for them have been cutting the wires which provide broadband service to my area. This issue has been ongoing for months now, with no solution in sight. Even after multiple complaints to Airtel via their customer care number, their twitter handle, their official complaint support, they have not been able to provide with a end to this issue. Being a company of Airtel's stature, finding it difficult to control local goons from cutting their wires impossible, is a little hard to believe. Even after having so much time to address the issue. This continues to happen to this day, and there is no relief for the customer. Meanwhile, when it comes to reminding for bill payments, Airtel is always diligent, constantly calling and reminding us to pay the bill. I have been paying an advanced rental of 3 months everytime since I have the connection, never once missing the due date. But when in comes to customer satisfaction and resolving the complaints, Airtel has been letting us down for quite some time now. I hope this makes the issue clear and some help is provided regarding this problem.

I have done my reacharge but still can't receive or making call that's due to which so many urgent calls I have missed please restart my incoming calls again
