I am a customer of Airtel Xstream broadband connection from Pune, Maharashtra. There have been continuous issues with the broadband connection in my area Dhayari, since June 2021. I've had Airtel's broadband since 2020, but the problems only started in June 2021. The broadband connection loses its internet connection for hours and Airtel responds by saying they have a technical issue. As the problem has been recurring, I got in touch with the Airtel technicians who were allotted after raising complaints with Airtel. According to the technicians, the local wifi owners or goons working for them have been cutting the wires which provide broadband service to my area. This issue has been ongoing for months now, with no solution in sight. Even after multiple complaints to Airtel via their customer care number, their twitter handle, their official complaint support, they have not been able to provide with a end to this issue. Being a company of Airtel's stature, finding it difficult to control local goons from cutting their wires impossible, is a little hard to believe. Even after having so much time to address the issue. This continues to happen to this day, and there is no relief for the customer. Meanwhile, when it comes to reminding for bill payments, Airtel is always diligent, constantly calling and reminding us to pay the bill. I have been paying an advanced rental of 3 months everytime since I have the connection, never once missing the due date. But when in comes to customer satisfaction and resolving the complaints, Airtel has been letting us down for quite some time now. I hope this makes the issue clear and some help is provided regarding this problem.
