Airlink— Airlink broadband issue

I am using airlink Internet. Almost everyday I am facing Internet issues. In last six days I have raised concerns six times. Everytime they tells me that it will be get resolved sooner. Customer care is of no use. I asked them many times give some permanent solution. But no response on that. But surely they will call you if renewal date is nearby. They will carry out maintainance work anytime and that too without informing customer. We generally come to know when we call customer care. Just getting frustrated.

Airlink is big fraud company. In last 4 months, overall my connectivity was stopped for about 2 months. Initially they said that they will add those days in my current plan. But as my plan is going to expire soon, I addressed this issue to Airlink.Now they are telling that those days would only be considered if I renew their plan.They will not add those days in my current plan.I need extreme help for this issue as I want to have those missing internet days in my current plan only.
